Byblos developers, a family run construction business, has been active in the Jbeil area real estate sector for over 14 years ,since the return of Mr. Antoine Onaissi- A Purdue University Graduate-from the USA.
The family’s root in the area goes back to well over a 100 years, along with its desire to invest in real estate properties ranging from the seashores of the Mediterranean to the heights of the Eternal Cedar trees that stand on the mountainous limits of the Jbeil district in the village of Jaj.
The group has built & sold over 75 units ranging in size from 67 to 150 m2 in six buildings located in beautiful Amchit -home of the French Philosopher Ernest Renan who lived there in the 19th century,leading to the development of strong bonds with the buyers, suppliers and bankers alike, thanks to a discipline of transparency, quality and neat designs to accommodate the needs of the local market while preserving the environment.
“Les jardins de Renan “ is the group’s latest project aiming at attracting a new buyers' segment wanting to take advantage of Amchit’s prime touristic location-known for its lovely traditional houses- between Byblos and Batroun while enjoying all the necessary modern infrastructure. |
